About Us
Inspired by the spirit of 'Amrai' – a mango orchard. Amrai grows out of Alibaug's landscape, where mango trees have always shaped the land, the seasons, and the idea of abundance.
Amrai homes are woven between orchards, courtyards breathe open to the sky, and daily life returns to the gentle rhythm of nature.
A town square sits at its centre, and shops, cafés and the clubhouse gather around it as life and community arrives. Amrai is built slowly and supports a more grounded way of life.
Amrai is a collection of private villas shaped as villages in Alibaug, named after the mango orchard it grows around. The land came first. The streets follow its slope, the homes follow the street, and the trees stay where they stood. Every villa is planned around a courtyard, open to sky and connected to Amrai’s natural landscape.
